When I was finally ready to buy my first house in 2013 I knew I was going to need a Realtor that I could trust. I needed someone with integrity, patience, knowledge and someone that would help guide me in making decisions that were always in my best interest. Shelly was all of these things for me and more. There were limited houses on the market that fit my criteria and after losing 4 houses to cash buyers I entertained settling for less just to get into a house.
