I’m a first time Buyer in the Sacramento area and my partner was a Realtor in Texas (who recently relocated to the Sacramento area). We found Shelly online and decided to work with her due to experience, knowledge and personality. We found her to be very personable, an easy communicator, receptive to our many questions and a great educator to the market in this area. Shelly was tenacious when necessary, she was also protective and discreet with our personal information.
