Ronni was amazing in assisting me in purchasing my first home, a scary and tedious process for any first time homebuyer, to say the least. She showed empathy when I expressed frustration, guided me to clarity when I expressed befuddlement, and basically held my hand throughout the entirety of the process. Although my purchase budget was small, she gave me just as much care and attention as she would if I were purchasing a million-dollar home. She made me feel like my needs were THE priority despite being extremely busy. I never had to go looking for her, she was prompt and courteous in her communication with me. I highly recommend this agent who to me seems to stand out in a crowd of real estate agents in South Florida, as she is a ray of sunshine and a breath of fresh air in a sea of suits.
