Jen is a very hard worker and is extremely responsive. She always responded promptly whether I called her, texted her, or emailed her. She is very friendly and cheerful and positive. Anything that she didn’t know the answer to, she would be honest about that and not bs her way around anything. She would quickly research any topic and get right back to me. I would definitely recommend her
