My husband and I were having trouble with the agent we had contacted but she was not responsive or seemed to take us seriously. Jen Hill whas bern super quick with her response and has been genuinely nice to us. We are first time home buyers and she has made sure to walk us through the process explaining step by step. We definitely would recommend her.
