I can’t imagine selling our historic home without Bennet Phillips. His knowledge of architecture, fine craftsmanship, and of course the entire selling process was incredibly helpful. He managed multiple showings while being considerate of our pets and time, he was always available to answer questions, and addressed perspective buyers needs in a timely manner. He is a great negotiator, and he made the entire selling process run quite smoothly. We highly recommend Bennet. He also found our new home for us!
