My wife and I just happened into Bennet’s office to check out local real estate in the area, when vacationing there in September. He spent several hours with us initially showing us various properties, and explaining the different areas of Asheville. Once we looked at the various options and decided we were going to purchase a home there, he showed us fully renovated homes as well as homes needing renovations. Renovating being my business in the DC area, and being one of Bennet’s specialties, we had much in common. He was helpful in referring a local mortgage company as well as a local contractor of whom we used for this property. Bennett went above and beyond what we felt was the norm for a real estate agent. Because of the condition of the property, the total purchase took a lot of attention. Bennet oversaw all phases of our purchase with meticulous care and attention. Us not being able to be there, this I am sure, saved us countless amounts of headache and money. It was truly a pleasure to deal with Bennet, and I look forward to dealing with him when we purchase again. Highly recommend !
