It’s not often one can say “I talked to my realtor the other day” but bought our house a year ago. Who Makes the buying and selling experience so great? Babs Delay. That’s who!

Babs sold our old house and was our buyers agent for our new house. Babs’ level of service was second to none. To sell our home she had window washers, professional stagers, marketing like crazy and hosted an open house every available weekend.

Then to buy our new house Babs would take us out to see dozens of houses (that’s a literal expression). She worked with us for over a year!

Love Babs. And it’s a cruel twist of the universe that we’re not millionaires to buy more properties with Babs.
