I have known of Babs De Lay for as long as I can remember. When it came time to sell my father-in law’s home here in Salt Lake City in 2019, we thought let’s call Babs. One of the best things my husband and I have ever done. Our first meeting she came bearing cookies (Ruby Snap’s no less). She had an offer for us next day for 25% percent more than we had hoped and a contract for cash sale the day after. She offered recommendations for clean up of the home as well. This year she listed a property in Toquerville, Ut. and had multiple offers and it sold for more than we hoped. Babs is a person of integrity and her absolute attention to detail is amazing. She makes you feel like you are her only client when working with you and her professional and personal considerations are beyond reproach. Oh, almost forgot, she is damn fun to be around.
