Daniel was extremely organized when it came to putting the house on the market. He paid attention to every detail. He provided us with accurate information on comparably sold homes in our area so that our pricing would be competitive. He helped us stage the house and had beautiful professional photos taken. He used multiple sources to publicize our home such as social media in addition to traditional methods. His open houses were well timed to maximize the attendance.
Daniel constantly reminded us that we were a team and that we were “in this together”. He was with us every step of the way to guide us through the process. Because of his diligence, our home sold the first weekend it went on the market at the asking price! He then worked collegially with the other realtor to facilitate a smooth closing process. With his help were able to close on the house in one month.
