Purchasing a home on the Outer Cape can be a stressful, competitive, fast-moving endeavor. In this environment, Daniel Lewis makes all the difference. Then, using his extensive knowledge of the local market, he was able to present to us the homes that best met our criteria.
Knowing the market so well, Daniel was a trusted advisor when it came time to make an offer, then he worked diligently on our behalf until an offer was accepted. But the relationship didn’t end there. Daniel was incredibly helpful when it came to navigating the ocean of paperwork that needs to be processed and approved prior to closing. He kept track of everything for us, then presented us with succinct checklists, daily phone reminders, and helpful hints. This made the otherwise overwhelming process a very manageable set of doable tasks.
Even after the closing, Daniel kept in touch to make sure our expectations were completely addressed, not letting even the most minor detail fall through the cracks.
