Nico was so awesome to work with. He helped me rent out my investment home in Frederick Maryland and boy was I go glad I was referred to him. He handled everything and made the process really, really easy. He completed a walk through with me before we went on the market and provided many valuable suggestions on things to change. This was extremely helpful because my home leased in less than a week after going on the market and my tenant loves all the changes I made. Nico’s application check process if very thorough and he checked all the important info a landlord wants to know before renting to someone. He reviewed all applications with me including the pros & cons of each to help me make select the best tenant. My tenant is renewing for another year and I am so happy! His marketing of the home is top notch also and I loved all the marketing he did. Wow there was a lot. I highly recommend using him to buy, sell or rent a home! Great Customer Service!
