Nico Makuch is an amazing realtor and person who sold my home in just 5 short days! Nico made my first-time home selling process seamless as I was faced with unexpected health challenges and he was more than accommodating and understanding. Seriously, PROFESSIONALISM is an understatement! He handled every step of the process with diligence and care and I can personally attest to his patience and thoughtfulness. After interviewing 5 realtors, I very much appreciate the respect and impartiality I received as a single, African American, female client during these quite different times.
