I cannot recommend Jackson enough as a realtor who truly looks out for his client's needs. He also knows each neighborhood of DC extremely well (including all of the LGBT friendly areas), which is vital in a market that is continually expanding. Jackson was an excellent realtor. While I was not expecting to purchase a brand new condo at my price point, he was able to help me buy a condo from a developer in a new building before the other units went on the market. After I secured my condo unit he was able to negotiate closing costs from the developer as well and because of demand for the building, prices for all the condos in the building were raised by $15k after I had already secured by unit! Jackson was very helpful and professional throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend.
