Born in Honolulu, Hawaii but raised in San Diego, California he returned to the islands after high school to reconnect with his Polynesian roots. Graduating early from the University of Hawaii at Manoa with a B.A. in Finance, he officially began his real estate career in Property Management and Leasing on the Kaneohe Marine Corps Base where he provided exceptional service to the families of our military service members. Justin Allen went above and beyond. He advised us far in advance of our planned sale date on how best to prepare our home for sale. He connected us with any resources that we needed. He never pressured us in any way to sell our home, or even sell it with him. He just wanted to help. He gave us greatadvice, and in the end, with his strategy, we sold over list price. His knowledge of the industry as a whole and also our specific area was a huge help. He brought the best cleaners (our house was even cleaner than when we bought it!), the best stagers, the best photographers, and more. He even made little signs to hang all over our house to point out all of the unique features to buyers. He was in constant communication through the process and answered all of our questions honestly. He even helped us negotiate for early release of the earnest money when the buyer's lender did not follow through timely. He made us feel secure and educated about the entire sales process.
