Hands down best service from listing through turning a key at a new home. He's not afraid to adjust your view to the realities of the marketplace. I felt he armed us with a very solid understanding of buying and selling. No BS or only telling us what we wanted to hear. And then he fought like hell as our representatives. We tried one realtor before on the same house and I worked with several agencies a few years ago. Steven and his team are the best.
