I grew up on Chicago, Illinois' North Shore in the Village of Glencoe. I graduated from New Trier East High School in 1970 and then received my BA in Economics from the U of IL at Chicago Circle and lived between Glencoe and Chicago's Gold Coast for over 64 years and then, after the unexpected death of my husband, Frank Kiesel, at the end of March, 2017, I decided to follow our dream of one day living in Palm Springs. I took and passed my sales persons's license exam on March 26, 2018 and recently I took and passed my broker's license exam on September 4th, 2019. Then. I attend Beverly Hills and Bel Air Broker Open Houses on a regular basis. I recently visited a $59,995,000.00 home located at 1175 N. Hillcrest Drive in Beverly Hills. As part of Coldwell Banker Palm Springs and Beverly Hills, I include a 3D Matterport Tour with all of my listings plus a Floor Plan with room dimensions plus I am an FAA Licensed Drone Pilot and do all of my own Property Drone Photos and videos. When I arrived here at the end of 2017 and was waiting to be scheduled for my sales person license exam, I opened my 3D Tour Business doing 3D Tours for business owners and other real estate agents. At the same time, I began to drive for Uber and Lyft to familiarize myself with the area and still do custom driving trips for clients to LAX, San Pedro, West Hollywood, Malibu, San Diego, etc. "I love real estate and I love to assist my clients with their purchases and selling objectives.
