Paul served with XVIII Airborne Corp during Desert Storm and served over 13 yrs in the military as a US Army Staff Sergeant. Began a career as an Allied Health Professor teaching in 2-4 yr Collegiate Institutions in the Southeast. An Alumni of Columbia Southern University with a Master's in Business Administration (MBA), Paul began his career in Real Estate after buying, renovating, and selling his 1st home in Atlanta with a 150% Return of Investment. He moved with his family to the Florida Panhandle and became a Licensed Real Estate Agent.  In 2021, Paul became a dual license holder passing the Alabama reciprocal licensure exam.
