We had so much fun working with Colt. We appreciated how he took the time to probe and fully understand what we wanted and needed in a home, and then helped us narrow down homes to actually go look at in person. There are hundreds of houses out there and it is absolutely impossible to do it on your own without someone filtering and sorting and narrowing down the nonsense in order to get to what you really want/need. Colt was such a trooper because we keep him running across town with us for several weeks trying to find that needle in a haystack. We finally found the perfect spot on the NW side of town and we couldn't be happier with our house and with Colt.
