Eric Gage is a top producing agent in both Houston and Galveston County. He specializes in Houston's Inner-Loop neighborhoods and Galveston County waterfront properties. Gage was previously the broker/owner of RE/MAX CityView located in Houston's Montrose neighborhood. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mass Communications -- Public Relations from Texas State University at San Marcos with an emphasis in Political Science.  Prior to launching his career in real estate, Gage spent nearly 10-years in municipal government. Appointed to City Manager of La Marque, Texas, a small community located south of Houston in Galveston County. Before city management, Gage worked in Economic Development for both the City of La Marque and the City of Pearland. This experience developed his true passion and interest in Real Estate. First purchasing rental properties, then receiving his real estate license in 2006. His past experience gives him an upward hand when negotiating deals for his clients, understanding city codes and zoning requirements. Gage has experience in negotiating deals from one hundred thousand to several million. All deals are treated the same. Gage maintains a home on the water near Galveston Island. When out of the office, you will find him doing home projects, cruising on his boat, taking his RV out for a weekend in the woods or spending time with his friends and family. He is involved in various community events.  Gage has sat on several boards and committees which include the Texas City/La Marque Chamber of Commerce, Mainland Rotary Club (Former Member) and Mainland United Way.  Gage is the 2022 King Gambrinus XXXIII for the Krewe of Gambrinus in Galveston.  He sits on the Board of Directors and a Float Captain for the Krewe.
