2026 spring market update - Yep, we are still living in interesting times and the market here is kind of all over the place. With inventory increasing there are more opportunities for buyers now than I've seen in several years. It's stressful, and I'm finding that the secret to success is to be as clear eyed as possible while diving deep into micro market statistics and getting real about your goals. I've worked with many queer, trans, & poly families to help achieve their real estate goals.
