With a degree in Advertising and Marketing, combined with a strong work ethic, Olin knows how to position a property in this market, thereby creating maximum exposure and attracting qualified buyers.
Prior to becoming a broker, Olin worked for Oprah Winfrey, and HARPO Studios where he became an expert at dealing in high pressure situations. There, he gained a unique skillset including a knack for savvy negotiations, strong communications, and the art of professionalism - each of which has served him well in the real estate industry. Olin lives on the northwest side of Chicago. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Advertising and a minor in Theatre Arts. He sits on the Executive Board for the LGBT Chamber of Commerce of Illinois and is also the President of the Appalachian State Alumni Association's Chicago Chapter.
