As a full-time agent, I pride myself on providing superior personal service before, during and after your transaction. My venture into the real estate realm came after several successful moves across the Midwest. In my previous job, I found myself relocating due to promotions with increased territory and responsibilities—eventually becoming a Director of Operations overseeing 15-states. I researched unfamiliar new state locations for leasing corporate branch offices, along with navigating processes to sell my houses and buy new ones to call home. Out of necessity, I developed a knack for negotiating and expertise making wise real estate decisions for both the company and me. There's something incredibly rewarding about helping others find their ideal home, and that realization drove me to expand my knowledge beyond the basics. From first time homebuyers, to real estate investments,  to tax sales, I provide comprehensive guidance to those seeking my assistance. At NextHome One, our commitment of putting clients first aligns perfectly with my values where knowledge, commitment, honesty, and professionalism are the cornerstones of my business. Your real estate needs are my priority, and I am here to support you every step of the way.

We first met Michael because we loaned him a plastic shovel on a very snowy Sunday open house across the street from our condo. Since that date, Michael has become a friend to us both AND our Brittany, Sophie. He taught her how to give her “other paw” and she does it to this day. With many changes happening with my spouse’ health and post Covid, we began “poking around” at some open houses and on occasion, called Michael for some homes we wanted to see closer. There was NEVER a time we felt Michael pushed us or stressed “you need to move on this because this is a hot market”. Michael understood the challenges in front of us and along the way, showed us many condos and homes at our request when we thought we may love them. Instead, when we finally decided on a home and listed our condo, Michael was patient with us, explained everything and often settled ME down when stress was at a max. My “Debbie Downer” showed a couple times and Michael’s relaxed demeanor and hopeful, positive words won the day…..or days. There is nothing pushy, impatient or insistent with Michael’s process of making sure his potential buyer/seller is happy. His assurance is positive, he is always calm, he explains the process fully and I, as result was confident in who was taking care of both our listing of the condo and the purchase of our downsized home. We consider Michael our friend and his loved ones and loved pup, Dante as well. It was the best “shovel loaning” moment that resulted in meeting someone that is truly worth every moment of the process before, during and after. Love you Michael!!!! Julie, Jone and Sophie 🐶❤️
