Winston sold our expired listing. After over 6 months on the market with 50 showings and not even an insulting offer, we thought our property was hopeless. When we let it expire, we were flooded with calls from real estate agents eager to list our home. One was different. Winston. He listened. He actually seemed interested in the things that made our house special and the things that were important to us with the process of showings. His background in interior design and the light staging he provided perked up rooms that we had not noticed were a bit dull. We had planned to interview at least 12 agents before going back on the market. Once we talked to Winston and met him, neither of us considered going any further. He used targeted marketing and social media to get us 17 showings clustered into several days. This resulted in 5 offers and a closing date three months after the first showing. He made a point to be present for each showing so that buyers had immediate, thorough answers to all questions concerning features of the property and area. Once under contract, he attended the home inspection and appraisal. I believe that his attention to detail and cutting edge knowledge of marketing tools were the difference between “stale listing” and $OLD!
