Wendy is a true professional. We were moving from Oregon back to Texas and had to sell our house there first. Wendy helped us find a house we loved in Texas and place a contingency offer. She was a great communicator and very responsive to calls and texts while we were still in Oregon, as well as, when we moved back. She even went out of her way to communicate with our realtor in Oregon to make sure the process was being handled well in our absence. Unfortunately, due to timing, the contingency fell through and we had to start over. We weren’t finding what we wanted and thanks to Wendy’s suggestion, we looked into new construction. We ended up finding the perfect home! Most people think if you are going with new construction, you don’t need a realtor. Let me say YOU DO! Even though it’s a slightly different process, she still worked to advocate for us. We moved over a 1000 miles away, started new jobs, sold our house, purchased a new build and let me just say that it was stressful. Wendy really helped take the stress out of all the areas she could and made our move back home THE best! Wendy, thank you for being you!
