Review for Victoria Hill by Amy K

There is only one way to describe Victoria when it comes to working with her, and that’s A STAR. Five stars, actually! When I was selling my condo in LA I had to go through TWO agents before I was referred by a friend from HB to Victoria Hill. I was skeptical because when I looked at her yelp reviews it seemed like she was more of a local agent and might not be able to work in other markets.

Boy, was I wrong. I called her to set up a listing appointment so that I could feel her out, and with just 2 days notice she came fully prepared with a ton of stats on comps and other variables in my market, and had clearly done a ton of supplementary research on my area which led her to a rough estimate of the price she would recommend my condo be listed at. When I told her what I had in mind she spent the time explaining how she got to her number and asked me to explain how I got to mine (something that the other two agents didn’t take the time to do) and we were able to get to a price that she thought it would sell at and that I was happy with. Unlike my other experiences, I felt like she was really listening to what I was saying and went above and beyond to guide me in the right direction. Her communication skills are excellent and she was able to identify what it was I was concerned about and address is accordingly. She bent over backwards for me and I can’t tell you how refreshing it was after my experience with two realtors that clearly didn’t “get it.” She CARES and is so hardworking, and it shows.

She is somewhat new to the game but I never once sensed that during our time working together. She is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to real estate and is so easy to work with. It’s as if she has been at this for decades.

Another thing that I was particularly appreciative of was how responsive she was and equally as patient. I am extremely thorough and tend to ask a ton of questions (something that I could tell bothered the first two agents), but Victoria was right there with me, always happy to explain and clarify as much as I required. She was reachable by phone, text and email 99% of the time I tried to contact her. Further, she also was reaching out to me with updates and ideas as well. I could tell that she was always thinking about her work and how to get the deal done.

I am SO happy to say that Victoria sold my condo in under a week, for full ask, all the whole with a smile on her face even though I know that I can be a pretty tough customer. I would recommend Victoria to anyone, anywhere in California at any time. She is on the up and up and will definitely be my realtor for all my real estate transactions in the future!
