My husband and I have sold many properties and working with Tyler was one of the best real estate experiences we’ve had. He is very knowledgeable about the Chicago market and our building in particular. He was extremely helpful in getting our property listed and most importantly sold. From our initial meeting with Tyler to him getting a solid offer took less than a week and at the highest selling price in the building since 2008. We were impressed. Since we live out of state we really relied on Tyler to be our proxy to help us take care of some of the last minute details required for closing which really made the process so much easier for us.
