Tony Mattar helped us with the purchase of our first home. Buying your first home can be scary but Tony took any uncertainty we had away. Prior to browsing homes, we sat down and he explained each and every step of the home buying process. He came armed with a folder full of info for us and really made us sure he was going to be with us every step of the way. We found a place we loved but were in the midst of wedding planning. Tony was able to negotiate a rent with the option to purchase and now, 7 months later, we are living in our dream home! Tony has amazing knowledge of the city and has wonderful recommendations for people and companies to use for other steps of the home buying process. We can’t thank Tony enough for helping us snag our dream home in a not so conventional way.
