All is can say is WOW, what a great realtor! I went to Tim with a very short time line for selling my house because of a job change where I was moving out of the country. So much to do and so little time to do it. Tim was there every step of the way, from helping me paint and suggesting colors that would help me maximize return, to giving me staging suggestions and even to helping me after the sale with details I couldn’t do myself because of the distance. In the end, I realized a fantastic sales price that was 16% over highest appraised value and over 14% above asking price. I HIGHLY recommend Tim to help you with the sale or purchase of a home.
