This was our second time working with Tim, he was first our agent when we relocated to Minneapolis. This time he sold our South Minneapolis home and was our agent for buying our forever home in Bloomington.

First, Tim is the most ethical person I have ever met. He lives by his values and ethics, and always has his clients best interest in mind even when the news might not be great. Tim’s communication style is open and direct, and he is always there for you throughout the transaction.

Now having gone through three transactions with Tim, I can say that he is the best in the industry. Someone I trust unconditionally, and cannot recommend enough. Thank you, Tim!!!
