Second time is a charm! This is the second property I’ve listed with Tim. The property was listed on December 31st, during probably the worst time of year to try to sell in Minnesota. Even with the holidays and winter weather, Tim managed to price the property exactly on target, list, show and under contract fast! We had multiple offers with 3 days of showing the property, under contract in 5 days and 45 days after listing the property sold for $34,000 over asking price. This is the second property that I listed and sold with Tim. Both properties were sold for more than I expected. After this sale I told him that I was sorry I no longer lived in Minnesota as I would invest in other properties to have him manage the listings when it came time to sell. As I said in a review last year, what matters to me in business is integrity and honesty. Tim exemplifies both. He made sure I always knew ahead of time what to expect and when. He even warned me ahead of time of possible barriers and offered strategies for how to address them should they arise. One of the things that I think sets Tim apart is his authenticity. He truly cares about providing exemplary service. There was no “selling” no “pitch” and no “bs”; just a sincere intention to provide great service. Friendly, fun to work with and extremely talented, Tim is the best realtor I’ve sold properties though in 25 years of real estate investing.
