Tim is terrific. He helped us buy a condo that we love. He understands the dynamics of the current market and will explain (nicely) when the client is making incorrect assumptions about trends and values. He is hard working and diligent (available in evenings and holidays for ‘crisis management’.) He maintains a high level of professional integrity and upholds professional standards without compromise. He gave great guidance in all the aspects of the purchase such as finding financing, paperwork, insurance, etc. Finally, he has a great sense of humor, which really helped get us through some bumps in the process.
