Tim did a stellar job! I recently bought a home in Bloomington working with Tim Johnson. Within 2 days, I found my dream home and made an offer that was accepted amongst multiple offers. Tim did an exceptional job in preparing me for the ‘sellers’ market at the time. He educated me on the process and what to expect. This allowed me to be prepared financially and emotionally! He helped provide me perspective on the pro/cons of each home we looked at. The entire from process from beginning to end/closing went smoothly without any hiccups. Tim alleviated a lot of stress for me and I know he can do that for other buyers/sellers too.
