Tim was an excellent realtor, and we would give him our highest recommendation. We will refer friends and family to him in their home buying and selling endeavors. My husband and I were first time homeowners, and were searching for our home in a very competitive market. Tim was willing to work with our busy schedule and a quick timeline to get into homes promptly, as they often were only on the market for a few days. He also was able to help keep us encouraged and hopeful, even after having several offers that were outbid in this competitive market and with a few surprises between the accepted offer and the closing. He always stayed calm and would call us with updates and do the hard in between work. We are now a couple weeks settled into our new house, and we are very grateful that Tim helped us to find this particular house. We really do feel at home and are so happy with our first home! Tim is an excellent, professional, organized realtor and someone that we can now call a friend.
