You know, they always say you can only pick one of these three when shopping around for good representation : Works Hard, Works Fast, Works Smart – but Thomas is all three of these things. He was on top of the game the entire process, making intelligent, swift moves to help get our home sold. We had been through the closing process twice already this year with two other homes and were a little jaded about the process but Thomas hit it out of the park. He helped us price our home higher than we intended to, and then helped us manage our multiple offers through to closing. He chose an excellent photographer that displayed the home at its best. His listing was well written and informative and there wasn’t a real estate aggregation site I didn’t see my house well displayed the day after we listed. Ultimately, we walked away with an offer above asking and paying zero closing costs and It was a very very smooth transaction for us. We will be recommending his services to anyone we know looking for an excellent agent who really does believe in great service and doing what’s best for his client.
