I decided it was time for a change which meant I wanted to leave my home of 25 years to a new house. I had never bought and sold a house by myself so this journey was going to be a very stressful, scary, and unfamiliar. I found Thomas on Realtor.com and chose him merely by his kind face. Choosing Thomas made my selling/buying experience a positive and comfortable one. He literally and figuratively held my hand every day. We instantly clicked. I love to text rather than talk on phone – Thomas loves to text. I was needy and had lots of questions – Thomas was accessible 24/7. I had no idea what was what – Thomas explained everything in a simple, easy to understand manner. Thomas has a soft, gentle way about him which comforts people during difficult times. But, he has another side, which is a fierce fighter for his clients. He doesn’t hesitate to do whatever it takes to get his client everything he/she deserves. Thomas has plenty of open houses, marketed my house on numerous platforms, attended both of my closings, never judged my home, my choices, my decorating – he worked with what I had. He meets you where you are and moves forward. He is forever optimistic. I will probably never move again, but if I do, I won’t do it without Thomas.
