It was a pleasure having Thomas as my real estate agent. Thomas made my relocation to Atlanta enjoyable. Thomas thinks outside the box and has creative approachs for situations that would be challenging for most. He arranged both in person viewings and Face Time remote viewings, as I was in the process of selling an out of state property and searching for my new home in Atlanta. I learned about the particulars and historic relevance of the many Atlanta in-town communities. Thomas is great negotiator and always angled in my best interest when dealing with the builder. He advocated for me through the entire process, but especially at the end to make sure the builder delivered on all that was promised and agreed. Thomas is a genuine and honest agent who I can recommend and would happily work with again.
