As an out of town purchaser I really appreciate Sue’s effort and understanding working with a couple where only one of them was present during house tours. Then she was also very helpful in handling / juggling a lot of the closing hurdles locally for us. She was very knowledgeable about the local housing market, local amenities, etc. The purchase ended up being new construction and she did an amazing job working with the selling agent and builder in the final walk through(s) to make sure all punch list items were done and closing would happen. She went above and beyond and I highly recommend her.
