Hi everyone! Steven Tesney has been our Realtor for our last two real estate transactions. In July 2020 he sold our house in the Rice Military area. With the listing Steven included professional photographs, a 3D virtual Matterport tour, a drone video, and two YouTube video tours. Because our house went live right in the middle of the COVID pandemic, Steven took all the necessary precautions for each single visit including being physically onsite to make sure all visitors were wearing masks and shoe protection, which we really appreciated. After each visit Steven gave us detailed feedback from the visiting agent. The house sold really fast and we are extremely happy with Steven’s professionalism. Steven was also our Realtor for the purchase of a vacant lot in the Spring Branch neighborhood. He made both transactions very smooth.
