I have used Steve’s services as a realtor twice. Our first professional relationship began when I started looking for a house in 2008. I specifically chose Steve because I am a member of the LGBT community. Steve was extremely patient and took me and my partner to a myriad of homes in the Brighton Heights area of Pittsburgh, and later into the South Hills, including Beechview and finally, Brookline, where we found our house. Steve was very knowledgeable and reliable in the search, purchase, and closing. We next used Steve’s services when he sold my wife’s mother’s house (my wife and I are separated). Steve helped her through the process of putting her deceased mother’s home on the market and facilitating a quick sale. Steve went far beyond the usual role of a realtor in offering his professional assistance.
