Steve was so patient with us as we searched and searched for the right home for our family. When we finally found the right home, Steve gave great advice on negotiating with the seller. He’s got lots of experience so when things went wrong, he was easily able to problem solve having seen it all before. For example, when our financing fell through using a lender on the Mainland, he found us a local lender who worked super quickly so we were still able to make our closing date. Steve is so hard working and really understands the local market. We wouldn’t be in our home today if it weren’t for him.
