“Selling a home is never an easy or simple thing to do. At the very least, it takes up a lot of time — and, at its worst, it’s downright stressful. Having said that, Steve made the process as close to “set it and forget it” as reasonably possible. He was thorough, attentive, and careful in our pre-listing meetings and those traits were evident throughout the entire selling process. He crafted the listing with care, carried out a comprehensive marketing of the home, and, in general, did EVERYTHING with care, attention to detail, and in lock and step with my wife’s and my needs. Oh, and let’s not forget good communication. After each open house, each private showing, each phone call with an interested agent… I would get an update. I ALWAYS knew where we were at in the selling price. Bottom line: Steve will be loyal to you, will work hard and smart and nonstop until you reach your real estate goal, and will always take the time to explain things until you “get it.” Bottom bottom lin
