During our initial meeting she came prepared with summaries detailing the condo agreement and a step-by-step process of searching/purchasing a new home. This immediately put me at ease. She told me that, “you have a team working on your side and you’re the coach.” The lender, lawyer, and Stephanie, were all there for me. This gave me a feeling of tremendous comfort and control.

As we searched and visited properties Stephanie gave me honest and clear advice. She helped me keep my goals in mind when I was going to settle for less. During the process I had a lot of questions. Stephanie was able to answer them through text, email, or phone promptly. She helped me find my new condo in less than three months!

It’s the place of my dreams. During the closing she gave me a tomato plant, because I expressed wanting to start a garden on our first walkthrough. She keeps contact with me and cares immensely for my satisfaction. I’m thankful for her kindness and support. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.
