I can’t say enough good things about Stephanie Sullivan. If you want an agent who is going to look out for your best interests, help you get clear on what you really want and need, talk you down from the rafters when your frustration gets intense, and go the extra mile to make sure that you find the very best fit that’s within your budget, then Stephanie is your agent.

I would say she’s a saint but then you may think I’m exaggerating. My search took soooo long, despite the many many properties we looked at, (and partially due to the fact that I kept changing what I was looking for), that I thought for sure she would lose patience with me. She never did. When I got frustrated and disappointed and scared that I would never find anything within my budget and within my timeframe, Stephanie was reassuring and supportive and helped me keep going. When the place I finally liked seemed as if it had issues, she was able to draw on her seemingly endless list of referrals to help me get a handle on what was needed. And she also kept me informed and educated at every step of the process.

She is a solid, supportive, patient, intuitive, and always professional. And her many years of experience in the business are evident. I’m grateful that Stephanie was my agent.
