Spencer was an absolute joy to work with as first time home buyers. He taught us so much about the process and really took the time to learn our wants and needs in a house. He gave us helpful advice when we asked for it and we never felt pressured. He always encouraged us to make the right decision for ourselves in our own time. His reliable communication and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and personable nature helped us snag our dream home, even though we did not have the highest offer! We loved working with Spencer and would absolutely work with him again.
