To say that the Portland, OR market was competitive in the spring of 2021 is an understatement. Shelly expertly and graciously coached us through the buying process (we were first-time buyers), and she even talked us out of putting an offer in on one property that we are so, so glad we did not get. My wife and I got our dream home, and it was all thanks to Shelly and her masterful knowledge of not only the Portland real estate market, but also of the ins and outs of a home, from the plumbing to the finishes. We cannot recommend Shelly enough.
