Very Experienced and hard working I had a tough situation where I was not getting rent from my tenant and I couldn\’t evict tenant to sell the house because of the eviction moratorium. First realtor was very hesitant and not very enthusiastic about the situation, but when I spoke with Savannah, she sounded very confident and assured me she had experience with the kind of situation. she made so very helpful recommendations right away. once the house was ready to list, she put on an incredible plan and turn a house that was in a very mediocre (at best) state into a top selling shape in less than a week! Got an offer within 24hrs at listing price. Highly recommend her.
