Last year my partner and I decided we were ready to start looking for a home in Phoenix. After asking for recommendations, we were referred to Sacha Blanchet at Coldwell Banker – Bitllmore. Right away we could tell he was the right match for us.

Sacha’s general attitude, approach, and luxury market knowledge made us confident that we’d find something perfect for our needs and we’d have fun along the way.

At the end of our first meeting he was confident he could find us a house by May – and indeed he did! Throughout the time we worked with Sacha, he sent us listings and recommendations of appropriate residences to see, and was always available and quick to respond to our many, many emails. He helped us narrow down our options, and determine what we were willing to compromise on and what we simply could not.

After searching for a few months, we found a superb choice, and made our offer. With his guidance, we were able to close on our home within a few weeks, and navigate the potentially overwhelming pile of paperwork and logistics associated with luxury home ownership. We couldn’t have done it without him, and would highly recommend him to those looking in the Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, and Phoenix areas – not only for his real estate expertise – because he is a pleasure to work with, and professional.
