Review for Russell Orlowski by Carol Q

We bought our home in Maryville while we were still living in the Seattle, WA area. My husband sent out emails to realtors in this area and Russ was the only one who responded which worked out great for us. It indicated Russ would certainly go the extra mile and he proved to do much more than that. We had 2 days to fly into Tennessee, tour potential homes, make an offer and fly back to Washington. Russ was given a list of our wants and deal breakers. We met with Russ the morning of our search and we were impressed with how organized he was. He had paperwork and pictures of the homes we would be touring. He was extremely professional and we were instantly comfortable with him because he is so outgoing and knowledgeable. The first thing Russ commented on was that he saw we were prequalified and I can’t stress how important that little tidbit turned out to be. We toured 16 homes, made an offer on the 6th one we saw, added out lists of “add-ons” for the builder and went to our hotel
