It seems in Palm Springs area there are hundreds, if not thousands of real estate agents, gay, straight or otherwise. Perhaps the most important decision when buying or selling property is whom you choose to represent you. Several years ago we were referred to Russell and he did a superlative job researching the market to show us only homes that met our criteria. I’m afraid we worked the poor man to death, but it all turned out perfectly.
Just recently, we used Russell two sell our home as we were relocating again. He and architect husband John, helped stage and prepare our home for showing with the right amount of style and flair. Because we weren’t living in the home during the sales process Russell took on the additional responsibility of identifying items needing repair and then coordinating said maintenance. Most agents I’ve dealt with are not this accommodating. He even regularly fed the fish in our Koi pond though it was a distance away for him. If you desire exceptional professional expertise and delightful human interaction, then Russell and John are probably the best Real Estate team in the Coachella Valley. I highly recommend them.
